ages 2 to 3 years old
Junior Preschool Program
Everything in our Junior Preschool classroom is designed to give children the building blocks to be successful in Preschool/Pre-K. Our age-specific curriculum focuses on developing your child’s self-esteem and self-help skills. Their daily schedule is designed to provide development in language, cognitive skills, coordination, spatial awareness, and self-control, in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. We regularly assess your child’s progress in order to create and build upon their individualized learning plans.
Some skills your child will be developing are
- Potty training skills
- Independent self-care skills
- Following directions
- Developing language/communication skills
- Shapes, colors, and first name recognition
- Hand strengthening/pre-writing practice
- Grouping and sorting by characteristics
- Rote counting
- Large motor skills (building towers, catching/throwing a ball)
- Visual discrimination skills
ages 3 to 4 years old
Preschool Program
Our Preschool and Pre-K Programs are designed to lay the groundwork for children to become confident, successful students. Our academic based curriculum and one-on-one instruction will provide your child with the skills needed to be Kindergarten ready. We regularly assess your child’s progress in order to create and build upon their individualized learning plans.
Some skills your child will be developing in Preschool are
- Correct writing habits (holding the pencil correctly, writing from top to bottom/left to right, etc.)
- Scissor skills
- Letter recognition
- Early math skills (number recognition, complex puzzles)
- Name, number, and letter writing
- Social skills (kindness, inclusion, problem solving)
- Drawing (self-portraits, drawing pictures to tell a story)
- Recognizing and creating patterns
- Discriminating syllables
- Verbal ordinal terms
ages 4 to 5 years old
Pre-K Program
Some advanced skills your child will learn in Pre-K are
- Letter/sound association
- Discriminate same and different beginning sounds
- Put letters together to form words/early reading skills
- Addition and Subtraction
- Recognize and producing rhyming words
- Advanced scissor skills (cutting on lines, cutting shapes out)
ages 5 to 8 years old
After/Before School program

We also offer the following for all programs
- Parent App with picture updates and online payment options
- One-on-one parent conferences twice a year/report cards
- Family class trips during the Fall/Spring

- Vision/Hearing screening
